Our client is a developer, owner operator and service provider of hyperscale data centers. Their mission is to meet growing businesses' data center capacity and technical real estate needs faster, more elegantly and with better performance outcomes than anyone else. As an organization, they self-fund, design, deliver and operate hyperscale data center facilities globally.

We are looking for a accounts payable coordinator. The accounts payable department is responsible for the full accounts payable process within Yondr. The accounts payable team consists of an internal team who together with local 3rd party accountants are responsible for the AP process.

Take ownership for the AP process
Working closely with the local 3rd party accountants who do the primary registration of the incoming invoices
Match invoices with PO’s and follow upon exceptions
Work with business users to get invoices through the process
Acts as the main point of contact for all AP related matters
Managing the AP mailboxes and ensuring timely follow up on questions
Prepare AP reporting such as AP aging and follow up with relevant stakeholders
Pro-active communication towards vendors and the business partners
Reconcile the AP related GL accounts
Bank reconciliations of suspense accounts
Reconciliation of vendor account statements.
