As an HR management consultant, you are the contact person with the clients (e.g., board members, HR members). You will develop different solutions and ensure the connection to the HR processes for different financial or industrial companies. You have the opportunity to develop yourself both on the professional and personal level, share your ideas and implement them in interesting projects from different areas (i.e., talent management, compensation systems, bench-marking, etc.). Your tasks and responsibilities will ascend in line with your success and performance.
Worked for several years in HR as a consultant or project manager and you are ready for a new opportunity? For an independent consultancy, located in a beautiful building in the Vondelpark, we are looking for an HR management consultant. Our client helps organizations to reduce HR costs. They have Fortune's top 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, airline, and manufacturing industries in 70 different countries. With a broad knowledge of the industry, advanced methodologies, and software, they know how to give their customers insight into how they can improve their business operations compared to competitors. At the Amsterdam office, they have around 15 employees and 120 FTE worldwide.
Wij vragen van de HR Management Consultant
- 2+ years of experience with remuneration systems, performance management, talent management, or bench-marking
- 1+ years of experience in project management in a consulting or line function
- Experience with financial modeling
- Great command of Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Advanced English, Dutch is a plus
