Our client is an international company located in Amsterdam, we are looking for an IT Support & Systems specialist employee. The IT Support employee is responsible for providing expertise and has a passion for implementing, managing and supporting Technical projects and carrying out Service desk activities - both telephone and desk side support- including users working from home.

The IT department provides an efficient service to all areas of the group as appropriate. The function is contributing to this objective by analysing, designing, documenting, implementing, maintaining and supporting reliable, secure and innovative Information Technology and Local Systems.

  • Provide first- and second line IT support to users and the RUN activity: network, servers, VMs, laptops, peripherals, VPN, phone system, mobile phone lines, JIRA, PSA SM, cloud infrastructure
  • Resolve IT incidents, requests, problems and events
  • Maintain the lifecycle, reliability and security of IT infrastructure and local systems: day-to-day support, batches, projects, DRP procedures and test, out-of-hours maintenance, purchases, laptop renewals, user security, PSA V3 update, system security
  • Liaise with Local/Central IT teams in France, External IT Providers according to SLA
  • Adhere to all local and central processes and procedure
  • Share knowledge (trainings) and best practices and improvement opportunities with key operational
  • Coordination of the development, testing, change, golive and post-golive support of IT projects

Wij vragen van de IT support & Support Systems Specialist

  • Higher professional education degree in IT or relevant field of PFSN
  • Experience in working within an international environment
  • Professional experience in Technical Services / Service Desk
  • Strong understanding of Technical IT and IT processes
  • Experience in Automotive and-or Financial Services is an advantage
  • Good communications skills, Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
  • Experience of project management in an Agile environment
  • Experience with the lifecycle of information technology and systems
  • Experience with integration of IS, Business Intelligence
  • Analytical skills

Wij bieden de IT support & Support Systems Specialist

  • Fulltime 40 hours per week
  • Salary indication 3.000 - 4.200
  • 13th month bonus
  • 26 leave days and 13 extra ADV days
  • Hybrid working up to 3 days per
  • €50 net, working from home allowance
