The Master Production Beans Planner will convert the long term monthly supply plan of EU grind plants into a mid term weekly plan to facilitate material requirements planning and near term staffing activities. In this role, you will handle multiple product lines or sites with medium to high impact on working capital and ensure the connection between integrated business planning activities and tactical production execution.

Create short- and medium-term bean blend plan from destination warehouse to recipe execution for all EU cocoa processing facilities, optimizing quality, cost, and output.
Consolidate input provided by production, sourcing and FSQR, considering production plan, quality data, optimize warehouse, logistics and operational issues.
Use complex quantitative & financial scenario analysis and take trends into account
Provide direct input to setting master production planning metrics targets.
Provide necessary input to supply planner to support integrated business planning.
Maintain data relevant to master production planning activities including planning calendars, material data and location data.
Actively lead improvement projects on processes in the Cocoa network. For those projects where this position holder takes the lead; write project charter, get it approved by sponsor and actively run project according to the agreed timeline and following the steps in the corporate-wide stage gate process of PPM.
Create and optimize BOM
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Related experience in master production planning, production scheduling or supply planning
Good level of English (verbal and written) and preferably Dutch
Experience with working in a multinational company
Hands-on problem solver with “can-do” attitude
Team oriented mindset.
