We are looking for a part time secretary with strong administravie and organizational skills. You will be working within a team of secretaries supporting various departments and staff members. Are you able to multitask and work indepentently an do you have a keen eye for detail?
- Administration and maintaining database;
- Coordination publications;
- Drafting contracts;
- Support Team Managers, Editors and Researchers.
- HBO level of education;
- Preferably a secretarial or Personal Assistant degree;
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a secretary in an international environment;
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (fluency in another common language would be an advantage);
- IT proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Affinity with legal or tax terminology would be a plus;
- Excellent communication skills (written/oral);
- Experienced in working with expats.
