We are searching for a new Customer Service Agent UK, who can write and read faultlessly in English. There is a Support Desk in Amsterdam where customers from UK can ask their question per e-mail to. It is intended that these emails are handled carefully and properly in English. Of course you will get a proper training.
Your responsibilities are:
- Customer contact via e-mail, chat and telephone;
- You support customers in a professional and friendly manner;
- You switch between customers and suppliers to find an effective and customer-friendly solution;
- You work together in a team and provide input and feedback on existing processes.

Wij vragen van de Customer Service Agent UK
- Professional Skill in English speaking and writing;
- Available for 32-40 hours per week, either parttime or fulltime is possible;
- Customer friendly;
- Living in or near Amsterdam.
