Logistiek Coördinator

As a Customer Service Employee - Customs Specialist you are responsible for coordinating and handling all customs-related matters. You ensure smooth and efficient handling of logistics processes and provide excellent customer service to our global customers.

• Manage customs formalities and ensure compliance with customs legislation
• Advising customers on customs regulations and procedures
• Coordinating import and export documentation
• Maintaining contacts with customs authorities and other relevant bodies
• Resolving customs related problems and issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes
• Providing information and training to colleagues regarding customs matters

• Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level
• Experience in a similar position within the logistics sector
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude
